In this session, Calen will present journaling strategies for keeping track of system members, fronting scheduling, coming to decisions through internal surveys and dialogue, and check-ins. The strategies include use of charts, surveys, and lists to help with system organization.
Bio
Nsashaell System
Nsashaell System is a trans-identified, plural system who works as psychologist(s) in training. They have been plural activists since 2012, when they became admins of the now-closed Plurality Resource Forum.
Shawn, Allandra, Erif, and Faeris are members of Nsashaell System, a multiple system with around 30 members who cooperate in their day-to-day life and identify as complete and separate individuals sharing a body. Nsashaell System found the plurality label 8 years ago and have since honed their ability to work together to create the life that they want. They are entering the mental health field with the goal of becoming psychologist(s).
Susarin (she/her) is a member of Nsashaell System, a system of plural activists who previously ran Plurality Resource Forum. Susarin was antagonistic towards her system in the past, but has been working towards a more beneficial relationship with her systemmates over the past decade. She is now in charge of the spiritual team and also assists with emotional regulation and control of nightmares.
