Chris&
Chris& is a system of 5 main fronts still discovering ALL of who they are, feel they've figured out much of it, and is out with family, friends and active in the in-person plural community. Chris& avoids all "social media" platforms due to a combination of social media being depressing for most people, having a strong sense of privacy, and the desire to allow themselves the space to be "who they want to be'' without scrutiny and unwanted attention from the public. Chris& relishes in "sharing" and close, kind communication with individuals, especially in mutual activities such as camping and hiking. Chris& also enjoys walking, running, swimming, biking and several technical endeavors such as Amateur Radio, RF engineering and Linux system administration. More than anything else, Chris& feels good about trying to help others cope with their underlying trauma, and in the process of communicating about those things finds it helps themselves with their own trauma.
